Why this job matters
The delivery management of network assets into the EE network.

The delivery is to support both key corporate customer solutions, small cell outdoor in fill solutions and special events covering key sporting events and festivals.

The role is to take projects from survey all the way through to it being handed over to OPS, with the management of both mail suppliers and small works contractors to ensure the projects are delivered on time and within budget.


  • Our customers rely on your expertise to make sure that our promises are delivered. You'll be in team of experienced delivery managers, driving to meet our business goals.

The Network Engineering Specialist undertakes engineering activities that contributes towards the delivery of client technical requirements, deploying optimal networking and connectivity solutions that enable clients and the enterprise to achieve their operational and business goals.


What you'll be doing

  • Delivering projects to budget and time constraints.
  • Managing small work contractors and suppliers' delivery plans
  • Ordering and Managing Openreach Fibre delivery.
  • Ensure tools and systems are kept up to date
  • Forecasting stock requirements for the projects that are being managed.
  • Ensuring all data build is completed to ensure sites are activated first time.

Skill and Experience

  • Knowledge of Programme and Project Management, Delivery Management and Design and the typical skills and experiences required by our customers.
  • Knowledge of Site tracker and MBNL/EE Tools (Nemesis, etc.)
  • You can engage with stakeholders (up to director level) to report on delivery
  • Weekly reporting for the Governance review
  • Ability to work within a complex matrix environment, with lots of projects and multiple priorities.
  • You take best practice from the external market and implement within BT.
