Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you'll report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our dedicated events team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating individual show websites using WordPress or equivalent.

Cultivating engagement across various social media channels for each event.

Facilitating communication with conference speakers, exhibitors, visitors, and media partners.

Curating captivating content to drive event promotion.

Using market research, insights and campaign analytics to inform strategic activity regarding visitor acquisition and exhibition sales.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute projects seamlessly.

Playing a pivotal role in planning and executing visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaigns.

Continuously tracking marketing campaign performance to inform campaign strategy and meet targets.

Bringing our brand to life during live events, ensuring a seamless onsite experience for our customers in collaboration with the wider event team.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in marketing is essential.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with the ability to write and edit compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone.

Experience with social media marketing is required.

Meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro is a bonus.

Building close working relationships with internal and external teams in a matrix structure is expected.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial.

A positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and problem-solving abilities within teams are highly valued.

Be willing and able to work full-time from our office in Hove.
