The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our successful and expanding finance team at YouLend.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses strong numerical aptitude, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging in a variety of day-to-day financial tasks.

Responsibilities
As a Finance Assistant, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to the following areas:

Participate in the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain precise financial records.
Perform monthend duties to support monthly reporting.
Perform essential bookkeeping tasks to support the finance team.
Assist in the yearend and annual audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with the finance team to address adhoc queries and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A relevant degree in a field such as finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
