Description
Key responsibilities for the successful Temporary Accounts Assistant will include:- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations and supporting with the payment runs
- Setting up new suppliers
- Raising sales ledger invoices and allocating outstanding monies to the ledger
- Managing credit limits and negotiating on payment plans
- Processing expenses and managing petty cash
- Preparing online banking payments as required
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
- Be happy to commit to the 12 month contract work and will be reliable
- Previous experience of a busy, varied transactional finance role or will have purchase ledger experience
- A hands on approach and will be happy to help in all areas of accounts when needed
- Strong attention to detail and will be able to meet multiple deadlines under strict deadlines
- Computer literate and have experience using MS Excel
Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
