Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Business Development Manager to join our IT / Sales team based in Leeds.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Present sales pitches and close deals
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Analyse market trends and customer needs
- Create and implement marketing plans
- Monitor competitors' activities
- Provide regular reports of progress and forecasts
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT/Sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000
