The Commercial Broker role


You will discuss clients' requirements in depth and provide advice and support to secure the best financial solution to meet their needs.

There will be a range of Commercial cases for you to work on, these can include bridging, commercial, portfolio buyto let, development finance and auction finance.

It would be desirable for you to have a varied knowledge of Commercial Property finance; it is not essential.


In-depth knowledge and experience as a residential Mortgage Broker with a passion for Commercial property finance will be welcomed, the company will provide training and support to those that are willing to put in the energy and enthusiasm to become a CommercialBroker.


Commercial Broker role

  • Up to £35,000 basic salary
  • 15% commission on anything over £2k
  • OTE £60k+ uncapped top performers earning over £100k

  • Friday
  • Hours 9am 5:30pm
  • Office Based
  • All leads provided
  • Full training to become a Commercial Broker
  • Full administrative support
  • 25 Days holiday
  • Pension

Commercial Mortgage Broker, desired skills and experience:

  • Experience as Broker within the Mortgage industry
  • Proven track record in Mortgage sales
  • Willing to develop your knowledge within Commercial Property finance
  • Articulate and confident
  • Professional and friendly approach
