MEP Revit Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the MEP Revit team in the delivery of MEP Revit models on construction projects.
• Coordinate with MEP engineering team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of models.
• Ensure all drawings and models are accurate, coordinated, and up to date.
• Manage and organize project files and data.
• Provide technical support to project teams.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Review and analyse MEP construction documents and designs.
• Attend project meetings and provide input and feedback as required.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in MEP Revit coordination for construction projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Optional & Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of BIM principles & experience working on BIM level 2 projects.
• Experience using VR/AR headsets for coordination and demonstration.
• Knowledge of Dynamo.
• Understanding of continuous improvement principles.
• Exposure to BIM360, CDE's & other MEP design software
• Knowledge of COBie.

Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Office & Location:

MKP Consultants is in Micheldever Station, Winchester a 5-minute walk from the train station on a direct line from the south coast into London.

If traveling by car the office is 5 minutes from J8 of the M3 and 10 minutes from A34 / A303 Bullington Cross Junction

MKP Consultants provide a complete design solution for the full range of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health building services, for any size of project and across a wide range of building types and sectors.

Our approach differs from that of conventional building services engineers as our client base is a mixture of end user clients, who require traditional full design services, to Main Contractors and M & E contractors requiring detailed design services for design and build projects.

As such, we have the experience and technical ability to provide more cost-effective solutions whilst meeting the employer's requirements.


Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
