| Fylde domiciliary service - tenancies are in Lytham / St Annes and Freckleton | SCP 4- £10.98 per hour plus: - 33% increment at weekends, 50% increment for Bank Hols & £39.24 sleep in allowance


We are currently recruiting to our Supported Living ServiceWe are looking for Caring and reliable Community Support Worker's to work within the Fylde Domiciliary Service.

Cheerful and positive individuals who would like to make a difference to the people we support, to come and join our team.


Our Domiciliary Service requires Community Support Workers to join us in making a substantial difference to the lives of the people we support within our service.

You will be welcomed into people's homes to make their day-to-day routine something to look forward to with your upbeat attitude and friendly persona.

You will be required to work as part of a team, supporting 4 individuals within their own home.


What we are looking forPassion - we want to recruit people with a passion to make a difference to the people we supports' lives, providing much needed support like it's second nature - your commitment to the people we support will be life changing in the work you do, bringing comfort with a warm smile and a cup of tea - you will become indispensable supporting people with personal care, household chores, finances, medication and anything else they require in their day to day life - you will support people into the community to participate in activities, keeping their spirits high, maybe a shopping trip or outdoor activities, whatever it takes to bring them smiles and happiness - you will be changing outlooks and breaking down those barriers that they face on a daily basis.


Empathy & Resilience - you will have an understanding of the challenges the people we support deal with which means an empathic nature is of upmost importance - you will need bags of motivation - the needs of our service users can be complex and you may face low level challenging behaviour but your determination and dedication to excellent care will make it feel easy - it is essential that you are able to communicate clearly and effectively with every individual providing reassurance and positivity.

SCP 4- £10.98 per hour plus: - 33% increment at weekends, 50% increment for Bank Hols & £39.24 sleep in allowance

£10.98-£16.47 per hour
