We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Warrington.
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Warrington who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one and two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling him to live as independently as possible in his family home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a young adult who lives with his family in Warrington, he requires support throughout the day and night on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis.
He loves watching TV and listening to music, some of his favourite TV shows include Family Guy, The Simpsons, American Dad, The Cleveland Show and Top Gear.
Throughout the weekdays, you will accompany our service user alongside his PA to his educational setting where you will be observing, and tending to his clinical needs and ensuring he is engaged with his learning.
Throughout the night you will be required to attend to his complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, repositioning, and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night's sleep.
You will be required to assist with social activities as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to his clinical care needs when required.
Essential Experience Required
- Minimum 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
Desirable Experience
- Tracheostomy Care
- Oxygen Management
We have the following shifts available;
- Part Time Days
- 8:30am 8:30pm
- Part Time Nights
- 8:30pm 6:30am
Take a look at our payrates
Weekdays:
£12.50 per hour (£150 approx. per shift)
Weeknights:
£13.00 per hour (£156 approx. per shift)
Saturday:
£13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per shift)
Sunday:
£14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per shift)
Bank Holiday:
£17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per shift)
