Our Doncaster unit is looking for a Coordinator to join the People & Wellbeing Team

Salary £24,000 a year

Main duties of the role

The post-holder will work within the People and Wellbeing Team for FCMS.

As a Co-ordinator, you will act as part of the underpinning support team for all colleagues and management across all sites, supporting the continued delivery of a common sense-based approach to our people-centered businesses.

In addition, the role includes ensuring that terms and conditions are maintained across the organisation and assisting in the implementation and development of policies, processes, and legislation.

Furthermore, the post holder will manage necessary HR data including Sickness, Annual Leave and Exit information.

Previous HR experience is necessary for this role
