Residential Childcare Team Leader


Salary:
Up to £28,593.60 per annum depending on experience and qualifications


Hours: 40 hours per week

Already qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, you will be a calm, engaging, resilient leader, diligent with quality and compliance, and motivated to bring your experience to a team that is passionate about providing a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
We are looking for a caring, responsible, experienced Team Leader to join our fantastic team.


As Team Leader, you will lead a team of Support Workers who care for our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Team Leaders carry out an essential and varied role, leading a team to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care.

You will design, implement, and monitor the care and education plans to meet the individual needs of our children and young people, ensuring that key life and independent skills are achieved in the enriching and positive environment we strive to create.

We are looking for a Team Leader with previous experience of managing teams in a residential care setting, who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.


About us:

Kinsale is located in a stunning rural location, overlooking the Dee Estuary.

Our school provides specialist education and care for up to 25 students, aged having a range of complex needs including ASC and ADHD, in addition to impaired social or cognitive functioning due to early life trauma and attachment difficulties.


For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
