The Vizst Technology Ltd project team are responsible for the scoping and delivery of clients' new IT projects.


Overview:


The role will allow someone who wants to get into IT and delivering solutions to customers a great hands-on, in-depth, experience in Microsoft technologies, security, and network implementations for small and medium businesses that we work with.


Duties:


  • We will teach you to be part of a crossfunctional team that analyses, designs, and implements IT architecture for customer requirements in order to meet solution needs.
  • You'll learn how to analyse new and existing customer IT Infrastructure, and learn how to research solutions based on currently used technologies.
  • You will work with our engineers to deliver overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy to deliver an integrated solution which meets customer needs.
  • You will learn how to effectively communicate the system integration vision and strategy, during meetings and presentations, to appropriate parties.
  • We will teach you to generate conceptual, logical, and physical architectures, system documents, testing analyses, test plans, and risk assessments to ensure sound architecture and meet client needs.
  • We will build your skills to serve as a technical expert for clients in system architecture.

  • You will work with Project Managers to understand mechanisms of project delivery.

Entry requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

Salary:

£14,000 per annum.

There is a potential opportunity for a full-time role and further career development upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
