We have an opportunity for an organised and dynamic
Administrator with great customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced office administration environment to join our hard-working and friendly team at
Waterhall Care Home in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

As our Care Home Administrator, your main focus is to work with the Home Manager and care teams to ensure the smooth running of the administrative function throughout the home.

Salary: £9,585.
00 per annum Pro rata (based on 18 hours per week):

Thursday and Friday every week from 8am-5pm:
- 28 Days holiday including bank holidays

The role of Care Home Administrator:
- To implement and maintain effective administration systems
- To provide administrative support for residents and staff teams within the Home including Petty Cash, Banking, Invoices and Ordering.
- Processing Staff Timesheets, Minute Taking andReporting.
- Assisting with resident admissions and discharges
- Answering the telephone and welcoming visitors
- To support with the administration of staff recruitment, training and supervision
- To maintain and implement the organisations administrative policies and procedures
- To attend team meetings and training
- You will make a difference every day by engaging in meaningful activities with residents as well as promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times
About you:
- GCSE's in English and Mathematics
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Intermediate IT skills including the use of Word, Excel spreadsheets and Outlook
- Experience of Minute Taking would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
