The firm

Despite being a modest 75 members of staff, they punch well above their weight and often act on the other side of Magic and Silver circle firms.

The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Book Publishing Partner into their West End, London office.

You will work alongside a top tier team, where many Lawyers ranked highly in the Legal 500.

This role will have you dealing with a truly interesting client base which includes a roster of so many well-known individuals and companies.

You would be hard pushed to find a role with this level of prestige and variety, making for an interesting caseload.


They cover a broad range of Book Publishing law matters, which are often highly complex and high profile, the caseload will include; copyright, trademarks, reputation management, drafting and negotiating option agreements, writers' agreements, publishing contracts and clearance and acquisition of content and rights.

You will also be advising on royalty and payment structures, interpretation of rights and key performance terms.

They are looking to further grow and expand this department with further hires.
