We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Master Production Planner to make a difference at Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions.

Master Production Planner is responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and the site capacity planning function to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory.
The qualified individual will be responsible for providing the operational teams with a weekly production plan consistent with the available raw materials, plant capacity and sales forecast.
Working across multiple production line/sites Master Production Planner will ensure that production is optimised, and the site is stocking the correct inventory levels and minimising costs.
Your responsibility:
- Plan production (MPS) based on actual and forecasted demand, available capacity and stock levels (weekly/monthly/yearly)
- Responsible for developing the detailed plan for all finished goods and maketoorder semifinished goods
- Develop annual capacity plans and various longterm capacity planning scenarios
- Collaborate regularly with planner/schedulers to make certain both near and longterm planning horizons are planned and scheduled to achieve product supply / delivery targets
- Continuous improvement of the planning processes
- Developing and running regular reports (e.g. planning adherence)
- Achieving planning & stock KPI's
- Define correct safety stock levels
- Ensuring communication is maintained throughout all departments across site
- Attend production meetings and communicate relevant information where needed
Profile and skills requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, organizational and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency with ERPs and Microsoft Office software required (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Able to develop good working relationships
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial/Management Engineering
- 2+ years' experience in Master Production Scheduling or equivalent
- Proven experience with complex production planning and forecasting
