The role:
Senior Marketing Executive

As Senior Marketing Executive, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do is essential.

You will love everything about data led marketing, from interpreting, analysing and managing data to planning and executing a strong customer conversion and retention strategy.


We are 'data rich' and process well over 400k customers every month, and we hold over 1,000 data points on every applicant With over a dozen products, your role as Senior Marketing Executive will use your skills to communicate recommendations to our customers about Comparitec's latest and greatest products.


You will work closely with all sides of the business to understand our products and customers, we've recently launched several new, exciting products which you will be promoting to our customers.


You'll also be working with some of the brightest financial services / digital minds in the UK - think Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of America and MoneySupermarket.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Working with the wider team to deliver multichannel integrated campaigns to our existing customer to maximise revenue opportunities and products available to each customer.
  • Working closely with our inhouse content writing and design teams to develop compelling content to create targeting, testing and measurement frameworks to maximise impact of content to customers.
  • Building new customer scenarios, combining learnings to date and come up with new ideas to deliver on KPIs and maximising customer re engagement.
  • Using a combination of customer insight, data analysis and test and learn strategies to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Reviewing individual campaigns, providing data led, timely analysis along with actionable insights and clear recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Supporting the CRM Manager in developing our overall CRM strategy and creating a clear roadmap for delivery.
  • Identifying industry trends and opportunities for innovation and developing business cases where required to support our growth in new areas.
  • Highly organised, good at recording your work and an efficient planner.
  • Comfortable interpreting KPIs and using Excel to pull together basic data sets.
  • A great relationship builder, communicator, and collaborator with internal & external teams.
  • You relish the challenge to understand product journeys and spotting opportunities to speak to customers about re engaging with the journey.

- (Bonus) Experience using Bloomreach/Exponea.
