Description
The post holder will be required to work Monday to Friday between the Service hours of 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 pm.

The role will require cover 9-5 Monday & Friday and 12 noon to 8.00pm Tuesday/Wednesday & Thursday to support IAPT Manchester delivering therapy to clients in the evening at Chorlton House


To meet the needs of the Trust Services' you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work.

The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.

Greet Service Users at reception attending evening clinic.

Processing of all referrals into the service, ensuring that IAPT data system is updated.


An excellent telephone manner is required to answer and make telephone calls to service users, 3rdparties and other Trust services.

Appointment booking for service users as required to meet identified IAPT performance targets.

Making appointments according to clinical requirement set out by the clinicians and agreed with service users.

Identification of any issues that may pose a risk to Service Users, carers or delivery of service.
