Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week.


Post 2:
Permanent, Part time, 18.5 hours per week


This is a new and exciting time to join Adult Social Care as we continue to strengthen our prevention offer for Adults in Rotherham.


Rotherham is on an exciting journey to transform its Adult Social Care service to ensure every adult is supported to maximise their independence, be safe, healthy and well.

Based at Riverside House you will help deliver a preventative response at the earliest opportunity for people with non-eligible social care needs.

The roles are based within the Prevention Team, where the post holders will adopt a strength-based approach, working with people to prevent, reduce and delay the need for care and support while maximising independence.

Your work will involve working in partnership with other services including Mental Health, Occupational Therapy, Voluntary Sector, Assistive Technology and other key stakeholders.


We are looking to recruit individuals with the right values, skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to further enhancing and embedding strength-based practice; supporting our customers with the outcomes they wish to achieve.
