Senior Driver

Job Summary:


The main purpose of the role is to ensure the car & visitor arriving on sire are dealt with in a friendly efficient manner (5 star service) as prescribed by the client.

Ensure that the ground floor car park remains as clear as possible throughout the day and ensure other team members are working in an efficient manner whilst following all safety regulations.


Essential Functions:

- to manage and work with the onsite team assigning duties

  • Ensure drivers are inducted to the site and sign documents to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with reception to plan shuttle bus runs for BMW customers
  • To provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Deal with customer complaints or issue and escalate where needed

Salary:
£27,235.00 per year
