The Team
The Supply Chain organization is an established organization capable of providing significant management services for our customer. It is spearheaded by leaders with diverse background including supply chain management, product development, sales and project management.
Our mission is to broaden the organization by promoting innovative supply chain management skills and techniques while providing exquisite service to our customer.
Our project scopes include a wide range of supply chain services, including ensuring on-time delivery and quality, enabling strategic sourcing and procurement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities in support of a business unit with specific goals and objectives to be delivered on time/per schedule
- Support in the transition of critical aerospace parts through the customers' passport process
- Communicate persistently, pleasantly, clearly and consistently to deliver objectives
- Be committed to follow up and follow through, sustain own energy throughout a project/task
- Be able to make sense of an synthesize confusing or conflicting information rationally
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- AS degree or equivalent experience, BS degree preferred
- 13 years of relevant work experience (aerospace or automotive experience preferred)
- Project management experience. PMP certification a plus
- Mechanical or Quality Engineer experience would be beneficial
- Supply chain work experience and/or direct supplier experience
- Familiar with standard project management tools and database functions
- Ability to learn new software and ramp up quickly
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mix of Office Environments and Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 37 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
