Product Manager - Mental Health Technology

London/hybrid

Up to £90,000

This business is improving the lives of people up and down the country with its technology. With NHS waiting lists through the roof, and private treatment not an option for many due to rising costs, where do you go next?

I can't say too much on here, but trust me, this mission will be close to a LOT of people's hearts.

They have seen some serious success since they started in the niche that they operate in, and due to their success, they are looking to expand the Product team.

This is a role with incredible potential, as their first Product hire

You'd be reporting directly into the Co-founder, and working with the wider leadership team to set up this vital function, and lay the foundations of a world class Product team.

You'd be responsible for all the typical Product Manager duties such as owning the entire roadmap and strategy, driving decision making, and meeting business needs in line with the roadmap, whilst working closely with their talented Engineering team andDesigner.

They are a fairly small and close knit team currently, so you'd be working across the entire business

Experience you'll ideally need

3+ years in a Product Manager role in a fastpaced startup
Experience with managing software products/mobile apps
A decent technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with developers
A passion for working on a product which is improving the lives of others
Ability to handle changing priorities, and happy to get stuck into tasks

They have built a really wonderful, open and flexible culture. With offices in London, but no hard requirement to go in (although they'd love someone who can pop in a few times a month
