Description

As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.

You'll play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.


Duties:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products and services to enhance the customer experience.

Skills:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries and provide datadriven insights.

Salary:
From £25,348.39 per year
