Description

As a Client Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.

You'll play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Duties:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products and services to enhance the customer experience.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns or trends in customer inquiries and provide datadriven insights.
