You will need to demonstrate relevant and recent experience with appropriately sized projects as well as the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities:


  • Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues.
  • Façade design engineering and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Preparation of proposals and seeking and winning new work
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business as well as pursue new business opportunities, and contribute to the commercial success of the division.
  • Provide technical guidance, support and mentoring to the more junior member of the team
  • Industry leadership through participation in industry professional groups and conferences
  • Working closely with clients to ensure an exemplary level of quality
  • Extensive project management
  • Working with our multidiscipline team to ensure coordinated outputs
  • Supporting the development our Facade offering to the UK

Essential Skills:


  • Degree in Architecture / Structural / Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Preferably Master's Degree in Facades
  • 5+ years of technical knowledge in Façade Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
  • Member of Society of Façade Engineering preferred
  • A thorough understanding of facade engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process
