Are you a QTS Teacher with SEN experience and need more flexible work. Maybe you're only looking for a few days a week to fit in with your work life balance

Aspire People are currently supporting some fantastic schools located in Birmingham and across the whole of the West Midlands ,who are looking for experienced SEN teachers to support pupils across all year group who suffer with some but not all learning disabilitiesincluding: Autism, Moderate learning disabilities, Severe learning disabilities and Challenging behaviour.

The roles will be on a day to day basis to fit in with your work/life balances.

Qualified Teacher Status
Previous experience of teaching students with Special educational needs
Knowledgeable of the UK curriculum
Aware of the procedure with regards to safeguarding in a school environment
Reliable & punctual
Ability to risk assess and follow instructions
Ability to develop rapport with SEN individuals
Playful, patient and calm with a desire to get the best out of individuals with SEN.
Excellent daily rates of pay
To be considered for the position above you will need to have the following as a minimum requirement:

A proven record of raising attainment
Experience of supporting pupils with SEMH or EBD is essential.
