The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our creative projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our brand vision and objectives.

• Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with the brand's overall goals and target audience.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Oversee the creation of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the creative team.
• Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects across various mediums.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to think strategically while also being handson in the creative process.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
