Description

Applicants will work on reception both face to face with patients and on the phone; you will also be responsible for the preparation of notes prior to surgery, making of post op appointments, checking patients in for pre-assessments and admitting patients for surgery, discharging patients and a variety of other administrative duties.


You will be required to attend Medical Records and gain access to patients notes collecting from around the hospital liaising with other departments.


You will also be required to work from Buckland Hospital in The Dover Eye Centre Department carrying out similar duties.

Being a team player is essential in this role.
