Vacancy:
Motorhome Fit-out
We are looking for someone interested in Motorhome fit-out to join our team. Experience is desirable, but more importantly the willing and keenness to learn is essential.

Our team will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to become proficient in the fit-out of our motorhomes manufacture.

Born in 2004, RC Motorhomes is a well-established company with coach building craftmanship that is second to none, excepting nothing less than perfection as one of the leading high-end luxury motorhomes manufacturers in the UK.

As part of the build team, you will have a core skill set for our motorhome fit-out but adapt and use crossover skills that will involve you in our entire build process all the way up to our finished product.

You will be working on bespoke, hand-built vehicles that require a practical mind and an eye for detail, caring for a product that our customers truly cherish.

Details:

• Pay:

£15-£17 / hour (dependent on experience).

• Fulltime: Mon-Thu & Fri hrs/wk) flex required dependent on customer demand.

Annual Leave: 4-weeks (20 days) paid, plus Bank Holidays

• Pension: Standard Company Pension.
• Location: Workshop located in Lee Mill Industrial Estate.
• Parking: Onsite.
• Complete a 3month trial/probationary period.

Experience & Skills:

• No specific qualifications or awards are required but maybe advantageous.
• Primary job role is workshopbased working on the construction of new motorhomes.
• Motorhome Fitout; practical handson experience is advantageous.
• Woodworking/Carpentry is also advantageous.
• Great working practices: use of hand/power tools, organised, tidy, efficient etc.
• A confident, professional person with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualities:

• You must be prompt, dependable & someone who takes pride in the quality of their work, while working as efficiently and effectively as possible.
• Be good with your hands and have a keen eye with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Once established have an ability to work on your own initiative, sometimes unsupervised, but also be someone who works well within our wider team.
• Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and work ethic.
