Who are we?


MPAAS are an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager which means that not only do we own the smart meter asset, but we can fit the smart meter on behalf of your energy supplier.

This makes us the face of the energy supplier; the ones who visit your home or business and our qualified Dual Fuel Meter Installers undertake the installation.

In addition to this we also undertake revenue protection work for our energy suppliers. That's why we pride ourselves in delivering first class customer service to all of our consumers.

From the point of booking through to installation our personalised consumer journey keeps everyone informed every step of the way.


Summary of the role

  • Working in our Stores Department, you will be responsible for picking orders that are placed from our fieldbased engineers.
  • These orders will vary from fittings, consumables, copper piping, wiring etc or uniform and tools.
  • Once these orders have been picked, they will need to be packaged and sent out via our delivery service to the engineers all over the UK
  • For some engineers, our delivery service may not be available. Therefore, you would be required to use an MPAAS vehicle to deliver these assets to engineers.
  • Create a 'new starter pack' for any new employee
  • This will include picking a uniform order, a new starter tool kit, making sure new employee's sign their handover documents for their van, uniform, tools etc.
  • Use of forklift to pick orders

What we are ideally looking for in you

  • Full training will be given but any previous experience within a warehouse/stores role ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment would be beneficial.
  • FTL experience and trained would be ideal
  • Full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Ability to travel/work away from home when necessary
  • Attention to detail


  • Manual dexterity

  • Ability to pick weighted boxes

  • Able to travel to deliver packages to engineers across to the UK

£22,000.00 per year
