About the Role


The main purpose of the Affiliate Influencer Assistant is to support HeliosX brands in all affiliate influencer marketing activities, ensuring the smooth delivery and coordination of our affiliate campaigns.

The Affiliate Influencer Assistant works within the brand team on influencer marketing.

Their role is to grow and help shape our affiliate and nano influencer programmes alongside the Influencer team, working at each stage of the funnel to build the Dermatica brand and optimise performance.

They may also assist on the paid side of things on discovery and content production with the paid influencer managers.


Responsibilities

  • Work with our Influencer team, to support on discovery and outreach for our affiliate campaigns
  • Responsible for day to day reporting and feeding in to monthly and quarterly reports
  • Helping to continually optimise tools to scale our affiliate function
  • Work closely with peers to execute meaningful campaigns which deliver new customers to the business
  • Build and and nurture relationships with our affiliate network
  • Work with our affiliate and nano networks to produce content to be used on Dermatica organic social channels
  • Assisting a project to scale our influencer affiliate technology to enable us to grow the function
  • Assisting in the preparation of outreach documents & briefs.
  • Reviewing rosters and collaboration requests from agents and keeping our internal database up to date.
  • Requesting and inputting influencer insights into our CRM
  • Hubspot deal pipeline maintenance
  • Promotional calendar inputting and maintaining with influencer live dates
  • Awin & Brandbassador platform maintenance
  • Assisting invoicing of influencers with the Paid Influencer Manager

Requirements:


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Good knowledge of the UK influencer market
  • Good briefing and communication skills
  • Data led and loves pulling insights from historic data.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Core Skills:

  • Analytical and able to work with data insights
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and building/maintaining collaborative relationships;
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
  • Good negotiation skills we can build on an interest in commercial contracts required.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and therefore the ability to prioritise workload.
