Chrome Telecom are looking for an individual to become a creative member of our close team, with an outgoing attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
In your role as a Customer Service Administrator you will be involved in our Customer Service department dealing with a mixture of customer queries, provisioning and general administration who can assist in supporting the growth of our passionate company.
Preferred but Not Essential_
- 1 Years Minimum in Customer Services
Job Objectives_
- To assist in basic provisioning of orders such as Landlines, Broadband, Fibre, and Cloud
- Management of office equipment
- Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls if necessary
- To log customer faults on phone lines, broadband, Cloud to our technical support team
- Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
- To manage overall workload effectively; ensuring work is prioritised appropriately
- Build and Maintain a fantastic relationship with our customers and prospects.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills_
- Telecom and/or Customer Service Background
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent working alone or as part of a dedicated team
- An open minded and aspiring attitude
