About the Role

We are looking for a Global Channel Marketing & Brand Engagement Lead to join our Creative Studio and play a pivotal role in bringing global brand campaigns to life across markets and touchpoints.

This is a uniquely dual role, sitting at the intersection of channel marketing excellence and brand engagement innovation.

On one side, you will lead channel marketing content for global campaigns, translating brand strategy into scalable, market-ready assets and guidelines.

On the other, you will contribute to the development of strategic, conceptually strong brand engagement activations, supporting the Global Brand Engagement team in creating meaningful consumer experiences.


You will work closely with a wide range of global stakeholders and report directly to the Head of Omnichannel Content & Brand Engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Leadership
Lead the channel marketing activation of global brand campaigns provided by the Brand Team.

Translate global key visuals and messaging into channel-specific assets, toolkits, and guidelines that can be effectively deployed by local markets.

Ensure consistency of brand expression while allowing for flexibility and relevance across channels and regions.
Partner with Channel CX teams to ensure assets are optimized for consumer journeys and channel performance.
Act as a key point of contact for markets, supporting them with clear guidance, best practices, and activation frameworks.

Brand Engagement Strategy & Activations
Support the Global Brand Engagement team in developing strategic, actionable brand engagement concepts and activations.
Contribute strong conceptual thinking to transform brand strategy into tangible consumer experiences.
Help shape activation ideas that are scalable globally while remaining locally adaptable.
Ensure all brand engagement initiatives align with brand values, storytelling, and long-term equity building.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including:
Global Brand Team
Channel CX
Local Markets
Legal Team
Visual Merchandising
Transcreation and Creative Agencies
Coordinate feedback loops and approvals to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of assets and activations.
Act as a bridge between strategic brand intent and executional excellence.

Project & Workflow Management
Oversee cross-functional project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on?time, high?quality delivery of campaign assets and brand engagement activations.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities across global stakeholders, agencies, transcreation teams, and markets.
Establish clear processes, documentation, and ways of working to drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability across all project stages.

What You Bring
Strong experience in channel marketing, omnichannel activation, or integrated marketing within a global or regional context.
Proven ability to think strategically and conceptually, particularly in brand engagement and consumer activations.
Deep understanding of marketing channels and how to adapt creative assets for different touchpoints.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions, regions, and external agencies.
Ability to balance structure and creativity, combining process-driven execution with big-picture thinking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.

Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to structure workstreams, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
