Description

You will provide clinical leadership for home treatment team staff and team of CPNs and CSWs.

This will include range of different aspects from supervisory responsibilities to holding a small complex caseload as and when required.

You will be part of wider service leadership team with opportunity to deliver outcomes, improve processs and develop the service.

There will be opportunities to further develop leadership and managerial skills via CPD, deputising for service manager and representing the service in wider meetings.

The 4 must haves for you to be considered for this role:

Degree in Mental Health Nursing/ RMN with NMC registration Experience in, and passion for, working with older people and their families/carers.

Ability to remain calm during crisis situations and to be able to think on your feet. Ability to work with people with complex and comorbid presentations, including cognitive impairment or physical health conditions.
