Paramount Children Care are a specilaist Children Care Provider that look after Vunerable Young People and ensure that the highest level of care is provided for them at all times.


We are now looking to Recruit an Internal Recruitment Officer to join our head office function to support with recruitment and attracting individuals who are experienced in Children Residential Care and have a passion for the sector to join Paramount.


Role and Responsbilities:

  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment lifcycle
  • Attending Job Fairs
  • Implementing the Recruitment Strategy
  • Referencing Checking
  • Creating Files of Bank Staff
  • Completing all Safer Recruitment Process and Checks
Experience

  • Knowledge of Recruiting within the Children Residential Care Sector
  • Knoweldge of Recruiting within a Social Care Setting

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • WILLENHALL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
