NIGHT WAREHOUSE MANAGER
We are looking for a night shift manager who loves the chaos that is logistics. This role is a newly created role due to internal promotion. You will want to lead and progress a team and really look at performance and improving standards.

To really be part of year team managing KPI's, Moral peaks and troughs by giving clear direction and leadership, monitoring performance to assist and support the Transport Manager and ensure the depot achieves high performance reporting in to the generalmanager


To work together as part of a flexible team to ensure high levels of service across all shifts this will also include all health and safety.

You will challenge your team to strive for better and promote strong core values.

You will promote good health andsafety and environmental practices leading by example encouraging colleague's performance in any given role and process.

What will you bring?

  • Warehouse management experience ideally in the FMCG and NIGHTS
  • Full knowledge of pick operations
  • Experience of managing teams
  • Experience of managing health and safety, compliance and performance
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and look at stock control
