Seven Social Care is looking for a Service Manager to fill a fantastic role in Wakefield.


The role:


As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the operational management of a service, or group of services, within a supported housing and/or retirement living setting.

You will effectively manage a team to provide a high-quality customer focused service,ensuring delivery of legislative and contractual performance requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the service/s to provide a high-quality customer focused service.

Manage team performance to deliver outstanding service, by reviewing work outputs, appraising individual performance, and setting improvement targets.


Provide motivational leadership, mentoring and coaching to the team, to ensure clarity of direction, effective communication, and development of personal potential.


Applicant Requirements:


Experience:
1+ years' experience of managing and developing a small team.


Qualifications:
Formal care, support, or housing qualification.


Compliance:
Up to date DBS.


Hours:37 hours p/w.
