  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors and directing them as necessary.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls as required.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and photocopying.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with ad hoc tasks.
  • Keeping reception area tidy and presentable.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Receptionist/Admin Assistant should have:

  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • An ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Able to work in the office 5 days per week
