Sterling Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Costing & Sales Administrator to join our client in Middlesbrough on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Sales team to develop cost estimates for routine and complex jobs required by customers.We are looking for a positive proactive communicator, with strong admin and customer service skills to deliver effective solutions within the sales process.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:Analyse documentation to prepare time, materials and cost estimates
Using in-house estimating software to provide quotes
Putting together product plans as per costings
Evaluate all methods available for producing a job and provide quotes on the economical method
Revise estimates as needed if any job changes
Perform cost analysis after product to compare
Develop strong knowledge of materials
Assure quality standards are met at all times
Support sales teams with requests of information to be sent to customers
Support sales and accounts teams with raising invoices and credit notes
Job requirements:
Previous experience in sales and costing preferred but not essential
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Positive can do customer focus and attitude

Training will be given on costing and company standards.
Working hours 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
