Pacitti Jones are a well-established, and growing, Solicitor/Estate Agent who is looking to recruit a
Sales Negotiator.

The Pacitti Jones group operates a branch network which requires flexibility for operational reasons and, as such, the position may be based in our Grangemouth, Linlithgow or Stirling Branch.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our hard working and successful property team based in our
Stirling Branch.

Knowledge of the local area would be preferred but is not essential.

This full-time position will include one late evening per week.

You will be responsible for the listing of properties, managing clients and their expectations throughout their property sale, negotiating offers, date of entry and all associated paperwork.

The role will also require you to carry out accompanied viewings, so a willingness to do so and a valid driving licence are essential.

An ability to sell our other products and services to our customers is key.

You're someone who loves the buzz that comes from creating life-changing moments, and your passion will shine through when you're greeting people in the branch, answering the phone or going out and about to different properties.

Across everything you do, you'll need to work in line with our compliance requirements.

You'll have estate agency experience.
You'll demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills.
You should be a clear and professional communicator as good at listening

to others as you are at speaking with them.

You should have strong organisation, administration, planning and problem

- solving skills.

Like everyone here, you'll need to be self-aware, a great team player and always looking to work in collaboration with your clients, as well as your colleagues.

You'll have a positive and energetic attitude.
You'll demonstrate sound judgement and your resilience means you see

setbacks not as obstacles, but as opportunities.

A full driving licence is essential.
