Description

Duties:

Works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to achieve the company's marketing goals and objectives
Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans
Analyses surveys and other market research to determine patterns and trends
Creates graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software
Creates and delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
Creates and delivers targeted marketing campaigns to the company's customers via a variety of media
Assists in creating the company's promotional materials, including product packaging and literature
Provides copyediting and formatting assistance during the creation of mailshots, online content, and other promotional materials
Helps maintain the company's website and social media accounts
Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports
Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills
Manages the company's complaint process under the supervision of the Marketing Manager
Organises, plans, and monitors the production of all marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties
Manages the company's events calendar and provides organisational support
Keeps client information confidential
CRM management
Producing engaging content for blog and news articles
Assisting with image production using tools such as Canva and Photoshop

Skills and Qualifications:

Marketing qualification desirable

Strong understanding of the marketing ethos

Proven administrative experience with emphasis on strong organisational skills

Ability to prioritise own workload

Proven familiarity with Microsoft Suite

Strong data entry and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Proven research skills

Excellent customer service skills and experience of CRM software

Familiarity with social media and web analytics

Strong mathematical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Excellent presentation skills

Creative thinking skills

Trouble shooting skills

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
