INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

THE COMPANY

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...
Full time hours Monday to Friday

Up to £30K per annum plus dept bonus - YR 1 OTE £32K (Due to lengthy training programme)

  • YR 2 OTE (£40K 45K)
Hybrid working

Benefits package:
Holiday Entitlement Increase (1 extra day for each full year worked up to a maximum of 5 days).

Mobile phone. iPhone or equivalent.
Statutory Pension Entitlement is only available after first 6 months service. 3% employer / 5% employee.

Holidays: 31 Days Total (20 Days + 8 Days Bank Holiday + 3 Days Xmas Shutdown)


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • To manage a number of buying accounts (up to 80) build long standing relationships and maximise revenues
  • Sending up to date stocklists
  • Sending out quotations and agreeing prices
  • Processing new orders through the systems
  • Ensuring that customers are within their credit limits
  • Chasing deliveries
  • Using a sales dashboard to monitor and improve overall sales performance.
  • Raising cases as they arise and resolving them independently.
  • Total independence in managing accounts

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal with ability to cross sell and maximise revenue
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous Account Management experience
  • A professional but friendly approach to work
