Salary:
From £21,000 to £23,000 depending on your level of experience. Potentially £25k+ OTE with annual bonus, shift allowance, overtime

Location:
Allerton Bywater, WF10. Office based

Contract:
Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm

We are looking for a Maintenance Controller to join our team facilitating motor vehicle mechanical repairs.

Working with each customer and attempting to verbally diagnose vehicle issues leading to the facilitation of maintenance routines in addition to breakdowns, warranty work and specialist repairs, our objective is to ensure the speed of booking, cost control and vehicle off road time is kept to a minimum.


Paying attention to pre-agreed labour rates, vehicle technical data and associated industry repair times you will manage incoming requests for repair authorities.

In turn, you will work with both our internal team and, our clients to agree and authorise the required repairs in conjunction with client routines and pre-set authority limits.


Recognising delays in repairs, you will be pro-active in keeping vehicle off road times to a minimum utilising all avenues of escalation or, alternative solutions where available.


Due to the nature of the role, expertise in the motor vehicle mechanical repair sector is high on our requirement list.

Are you an Ex-Technician or, Vehicle Service Advisor who is looking to change direction or, an experienced vehicle enthusiast looking to bring your skills to life.


Managing diaries and engaged in high levels of activity, its key we gather all information enabling us to manage all scenarios on a 'right first time' basis resulting in the best possible client outcomes.


With excellent telephone skills, you will build a genuine rapport with all customers by demonstrating a professional yet personable approach.

Empathising with each client individually, you will understand their needs.

Our success to date has been built on high standards and having a positive 'can-do' attitude.


Should you be successful, you will be an important part of a thriving, established and growing team who go above and beyond to give our clients the support and expertise they require.

You will be confident with the use of software systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
