Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dietetic Health Improvement Team as our coordinator.

Part of this post is permanently funded and you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and will coordinate our team's programmes of work across NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

You will join a busy team of dietitians, assistant practitioners and an administrative support worker.

The team is based at North West Kilmarnock Area Centre but travel across Ayrshire and Arran may be required as part of this post.

You will have in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages as you will be expected to develop and manage a range of data bases used to support service delivery and reporting on programme outcomes.

The post holder will also provide support to the teams newly developed social media platforms.

You should also have an understanding or experience of project management.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work under your own initiative within the team structure.
