IT or EPOS Field Service Engineer


Looking for a confident computer repair person with a full driving licence to be trained to support mostly hardware faults on IT and EPOS equipment (Electronic Point of Sale / Tills) in a variety of retails client's stores.


This role is to cover around mainly the Central Belt of Scotland, ideally looking for someone based around Glasgow / Livingstone / Falkirk.


The role will involve travelling to customer sites, in the company vehicle, and mostly replacing faulty hardware in the stores.

The role requires you to cover the clients shop opening hours, they do this on a 2 shift system.

Standard Pattern is 5 days out of 7; Week 1: Mon - Fri, then Week 2: Saturday plus 4 other days.

On Call evening commitment is 1 week in 4.

Package on offer will exceed £25000 per annum + overtime:

Basic Salary of £20556 _(pay rise pending April '23 to £21700)_ + £1500 in On Call and a Productivity Bonus scheme paid on every service call you complete, that adds over £3000+ per annum.

Overtime is also paid for any additional hours.

Fully expensed company vehicle provided with personal use (Car or Van).
22 days holiday
Pension etc.


Applicants for this role must hold a full drivers licence, have no issues passing a DBS check and have previous experience in a Technical IT Support type role involving hardware.

(Training on the EPOS equipment will be provided).


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent PAYE.
