Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary:
£22,000 to £24,000

Are you a dynamic individual with solid planning, rostering and problem-solving experience with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude? If so, this fantastic opportunity to join our growing team is perfect for you.
The Scheduler will be responsible for the overall management and scheduling of client rotas to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard.
You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centred care that enriches the quality of our client's lives and enables them to live within their own homes whatever their abilities.
What will you be doing
- Liaising with employees in regards to their availability.
- Booking Shifts
- Consistent achievement of targets
Skills
- Able to work to short notice deadlines and timeframes
- Problem solving and solutions based approach to any issues that arise
- Ability to forward plan and have a forward thinking approach to meet deadlines 6 weeks in advance
- Well organised approachable and compassionate with a good phone manner to liaise with clients and field team members on a daily basis
Who are you
- Positive attitude towards your work
- Lots of Energy with a outgoing approach
- Excellent phone manner
- Experience in rota scheduling
- Team player as well as happy to work autonomously.
- Strong ability to empathise and communicate with a wide range of backgrounds
- Selfstarter willing to drive this mindset in others
- Detail orientated
- You are passionate about, creating a social impact and seeking new ways to solve existing problems
- Ability to multitask and work on different tasks simultaneously and to deadlines
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
