We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Maintenance Operative for New Build operations within the Midlands region.

You will be responsible:

  • Take instruction from our Coordinators
  • Arrive on time to all appointments with any necessary materials to complete the task
  • Resolve defects in a professional and efficient manner, to a high standard
  • Obtain written acceptance from the customer following completion of work
  • Completion of forms and documents; written and electronic (on iPad)
  • Carryout inspections with the completion of a suitable report (including photographs)
  • Identification of repetitive defects
Comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve defects. You are likely to have a trade background (i.e. painting and decorating, carpentry and joinery).

Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Exhibit high service standards to ensure customer expectations are met.
