Spartan Crew is a London based company which supplies crew to the events industry for the most prestigious UK and Worldwide events.

We are currently seeking a reliable and conscientious recruitment administrator. The role will be reporting directly to our Operations Manager & Crew Manager.


Duties involved:


  • Reviewing CVs and phone screening new applicants
  • Diary management
  • Onboarding new crewmembers
  • Carrying out Right to Work Checks
  • Filing digital documents
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Providing general admin support to all other departments
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a regard for appropriate use in formal and informal settings
  • Have good copywriting, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be enthusiastic and have a vibrant attitude
  • Ba able to take initiative and unafraid to express new ideas
  • Be able to work under pressure, meet demanding deadlines and consult with colleagues
  • Be highly proficient in office based software
  • Google Workplace, Microsoft Office and other cloud based softwares
  • Set the standard for the rest of the team and motivate those around you
  • Have a strong commitment to personal and professional development


This role is, 9am to 5.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday, based in Deptford/Surrey Quays.


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Sanitiser at front door and throughout office.

  • Events: 1 year (preferred)
