Role Overview


Reporting to the Group Recruitment and Talent Manager you'll work alongside a wide range of colleagues to identify and source the best talent for their recruitment needs.

This role is a hybrid role working 2 day from home and 3 days in our Chesterfield office - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.


Role Responsibilities

  • Scope, develop and propose process implementations to support effective and timely reactive recruitment
  • Identify key methods of advertising for roles within ivolve where return on investment can be measured
  • Working closely with our Marketing Team to be a key advocate for talent employer branding initiatives
  • To lead on all resourcing needs both proactive and reactive
  • Facilitate and partake in recruitment and selection process, supporting the hiring manager where required
  • You will promote recruitment compliance in line with sector regulations (DBS checking and referencing) through our internal screening hub
  • Initiate, foster and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders for a truly collaborative experience
  • Forecast talent needs to drive targeted recruitment campaigns and undertake talent attraction strategies
  • You will lead on all headhunting talent acquisition where the role is either hard to source through usual advertising methods, or where the skillset is niche.
  • Identify recruitment and talent weakness and risk and propose solutions to address these gaps
  • Continually review and propose adaptations of talent acquisition methods to remain relevant and present in the recruitment market
  • You will network effectively at external events to promote ivolve and the benefits of joining our amazing team
  • Use metrics to create reports that identify opportunity and change
  • You will promote and encourage a truly equal, diverse and inclusive approach to talent management and resourcing
  • Report market trends, changes, challenges, and opportunities to your line manager and function People Heads
  • Act as a coach to hiring managers to develop their skill set and approach to talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Support with the development for Job Descriptions and adverts for roles, promoting and reflective of brand
  • Identify bottle necks within the recruitment process and make recommendations as to how best address this
  • You will recommend and implement measures to retain talent participate in employee retention activity
  • You will work to set KPI's with a desire to meet or exceed these requirements

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • A proven background and demonstratable history within Talent Acquisition
  • Experience of the full recruitment cycle, resourcing and employment branding
  • Confident IT user, specifically the ability to work with an internal ATS and recruitment software
  • Ability to forge and develop key working relationships with stakeholders; to understand talent requirements effectively
  • You will be confident to network with new and existing contacts (including those made through social media channels)
  • Ability to drive targeted recruitment by identifying the most costeffective methods and platforms (via experience and research)
  • Proficient in the use of social media and online resources to aid talent strategies
  • Knowledge and commitment to support Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion within our talent activities
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • You will be honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a desire to make a real difference and impact
  • A clear commitment to undertake training and development as required, including learning sector regulations impacting on our recruitment practices
  • You will be a critical thinker and natural problem solver
  • You will think creatively and outside of the traditional recruitment advertising methods
  • Ability to analyse recruitment and talent data to identify opportunities and risk
  • A confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to develop talent recruitment support tools, such as job descriptions and adverts

Desirable

  • Experience of identifying talent for midsenior sector roles plus business support functions (People, Finance, Business Development)
  • An understanding of recruitment budget management (in conjunction with manager)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements to support good recruitment practices
  • Experience of working with an ATS platform
