I am looking for a

Property

Sales Consultant based in

Leeds City Centre. My client is an iBuying property company, that enables clients to sell there home in a matter of days for a competitive cash price. The Property Sales consultant will be an important part of the process handling incoming leads from potential clients looking to sell their home. The main responsibility of this role will be to communicate with these clients, and qualify them, and build great rapport. You will work closely with other areas of the team to obtain an offer for the client. As well as providing any other additional support that may be needed to ensure a smooth property purchase transaction. This role would suit someone with estate agency experience or a strong background in telesales looking to join a fast paced, forward thinking business which offers great career potential.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Ability to build strong Client Relationships
Highly Motivated
Excellent Telephone Sales
Ability to work as a team
Great Customer Service skills
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property purchases.

Working hours:
Full time hours to include every weekend 10am - 2pm

Basic salary:
£18,000 - £22,000 Dependant on Experience plus commission OTE £30,000.
