Company Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE at Associate/Salaried Partner (SP)

Regional law firm with a strong presence across Dorset and beyond is seeking to recruit an Solicitor to join their team.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 4PQE running corporate transnational work within their busy team and work on a wide range of company/commercial work for companies that can include start ups and deal with company and business sales and purchases, contractdrafting and negotiating, which can include; terms and conditions, supply/distribution, franchise and shareholder agreements and other matters.
