We are a small friendly independent team who work closely together. We believe in delivering high quality direct therapy to children in mainstream and special schools.We work closely in partnership with our schools - who are all fully supportive of the therapy we deliver together.
We bring positivity and professionalism into all of our settings.Requirements:
Responsibilities
You will have your own caseload of children with a wide variety of communication needs.
You will have flexibility to deliver direct or indirect therapy for a period of time that you as a professional can decide.
You will also provide support to school staff to upskill the team around you. This post is to cover schools in Coventry, Banbury and surrounding areas, covering a diverse mainstream caseload.Rewards
Providing direct therapy - making a difference where it's needed most is the most satisfying aspect of our work.
We have scaled back the admin to a minimum, so that your time can be spent with the children, and planning high quality therapy and training.
Support is provided via weekly 1:1 video calls, weekly team meetings and second opinion visits to your schools as required.
All tech (computer, printer, stationery, admin support), resources (including an online shared drive / access to online subscriptions) and training are provided.
The position is term time only, and we work flexibly across the week. Admin is carried out at home. Pre Covid we had face to face team meetings and events at the end of every half termAll mileage is paid.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A DEGREE QUALIFICATION IN SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPY & BE REGISTERED WITH RSCLT / HCPC TO APPLY FOR THIS POST.

OPTIONAL ADDITION:
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP YOUR OWN INDEPENDENT CASELOAD TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME, WHILE RECEIVING A BASELINE SALARY. I WILL SUPPORT YOU FULLY, INCLUDING PROVIDING CONTACTS, ADMIN AND RESOURCE SUPPORT. WORK ADDITIONAL HOURS (EVENING AND WEEKENDS) TO EITHER JUST BOOST YOUR INCOME OR BUILD YOUR OWN CLIENT BASE.
Salary:
paid pro rata for part time / term time working
COVID-19 considerations:
We have a full COVID19 policy / risk assessments in each of our schools. We are working within government and professional guidelines. School visits are ongoing, however all other admin tasks can be carried out remotely.
